Engine combo

Ok Guys need some help here this is what im currently puting together

-406 small block .30 over (stroked as well)
-comp cams xe268 .477/.480 224/230@.050 (flat tappet)
-Magnum 1.52 Full Roller rockers
-AFR 195 street eleminators with 65cc chamber
-victor junior intake
-750 double pumper (holly) of course
-2500 Stall
-373 gears
-rebuilt 700 r4 tranny
-1 5/8 inch headers
-catless magnaflow exaust
-auburn posi
-car is an 85 z28
- max rpm will be about 6200
I dont want to get my hopes up on power but is 420 hp and 470 tq do-able with this combo if not tell me what direction that i need to go
-my main focus is on torqe i want to prety much want to murder my tires at will
-any help is so much appreciated

You have a big breathing top end setup ;
Heads /Intake / carb good for 7000+ ( Vic Jnr recommended operating range 3,500 - 8,000 )
while your cam operating range is ;1,800-5,800 ( in a 350 , lower in a larger engine)

So why have you picked a intake / carb combo that works at big revs.
A Air Gap or similar intake would make better power down low without killing top end

What stroker crank do you have?
A 30 over 400 is 406 .
IF it is stroked it would be larger.

i would agree, needs more lift, tad more duration, atleast a 3k stall, and change the intake to a RPM air gap. Also put your goals higher then 420hp
