i want to no what to put in the car to make my 305 reach its max with out haveing to swap to new engine and were to buy the parts to do it?

 

Way too much to factor in with your information. You can do heads/cam and see the biggest gain or you can do intake/exhaust. Their is just too many things to make your car faster but their is a lot of things to add up to reach that goal.

 

You are going to need to study harder or your will spend money and it will end up worse in every way than it is right now.

Seriously help yourself and read related posts on this excellent site before you go looking for easy answers.

Judging from his handle, sounds like he can afford it. So all you need is to drop in a crank from a 400 with forged pistons/rods, bore it.... eh, .030 over or so, put on more free flowing intake, exhaust, and cylinder heads, larger camshaft, then pick your poison of forced induction. Personally I would use nitrous with a carb'd engine, but you can't go wrong with a supercharger or turbocharger with a blow through carburetor. As for parts, pretty much any performance parts shop that has anything to do with Chevrolet should sell parts for your 305.
