soooo, i go out today, its cold as hell, go to start the car and it turns over but wont fire up, tried putting gas in the carbs nothing.. im thinking its just gotten really really cold, or the lines have frozen? whats your guys input and some help on diagnosing this.. not too sure? it could be frozen lines?

 

checked your spark plugs to see if you're getting spark? check the plug wires make sure they ain't loose, check them on the distributor as well

 

all thats fine.. seems like its not getting gas which is why im thinking a frozen gas line..

 

Most gas won't freeze until it's been in like -20F weather constant.

 

if your fuel pump is running i'd check the fuel filter

 

alright thanks, theres an idea, ill have to check it tommorow its pitch black now and cold.. i have a replacement inside the car i can toss in its brand new.. thanks alot!

yeah i live in southern ga no chance of gas freezing here lol

 

must be nice, theres snow all over the place here, i wish i lived in a warmer climate, these f-bodys do not like the cold weather at all.. lol.

 

yeah i think it's somewhere near the 40's here right now, coldest winter in years, they're actually predicting snow, but it's more like a small flurry if it does, not enough to need salt on the roads or anything
