I have a 92 camaro...I went out to start it and it randomly wouldn't start it hasn't started in over a month..Replace wires, plugs, distributor cap, coil, starter and altenator is fine.ANY ideas on what would cause it to randomly stop starting. I have also tried to jump start it and that doesn't work either..Also it sounds like it wants to start but doesn't

 

check your fuel pressure at the rail, also do you hear your fuel pump priming?

 

and check your injectors, thats what mine turned out to be, had 5 bad injectors and it wouldnt start at all, replaced and started.

Battery, cables, and terminals ok?

 

when i purchased mine you could hear the pump prime but had no fuel pressure at the rail, turns out one of the hoses in the tank cracked and was just spitting gas back into the tank. might want to check the pressure

 

the battery was alittle dead but we were even jumping the car and it wasn't starting....and i'll look at the fuel lines

Its cranking just not getting fire

 

Try the ingnition module. That turned out to be the problem with my 87 with similar symptoms.
