88 Formula(will turn over but doesnt start)
I just got my 88 Formula. It's got the 305, manual trans. I put a new starter on it and a new fuel filter. It has been sitting for about 10 years. It turns over fine but wont start. Does anyone have any clue where to start?? I have tested all the fuses and they are all getting power. i have to pull the engine to replace the freeze plugs and make sure the block isnt damaged. I'd like to get it running b4 i drop but so much into rebuilding the engine.
thanks,
Lee

push on the valve on the fuel rail port to check for fuel and pressure.. next check for spark @ a plug if no check the coil for spark if no... control module is next... possible pickup coil.... sounds like bad fuel

Engine only needs two things; fuel and spark.
You are missing at least one of them
