So my car recently started stalling when I'm in a stop like a red light and my a/c is off. Sometimes it sort of revs itself like if its dying out and doesn't want to. It also didn't pass the inspection due to smog test, I'm guessing its running a little rich. Has anyone seen this problem before or has fixed this problem?
