it is, but i mean the engine as a whole? changed all the rings ect... had to stripped down to the bare block andthing that has the ability to naturally wear and tear has been replaced. i mean i cant just drop the engine in and drive it down to the track right?

I allway use gm eos on a new rebuild or a high zinc. and use a oil primer, Im cheap and just ground off the teeth off a old distributor.

yes add it to the oil!, I ussually change the oil after a couple warm up cycles and timing adjustment, change the oil and run synthetic maybe around the 3k mark.
