Cam has been sitting for 2 years

What are the things that need to be done to my Camaro to get it up and running? She has been sitting for two years.

I already plan to drain and replace the gas and oil, as well as do a fuel treatment like seafoam. After those two given my limited knowledge I think I will run it up to a shop and ask for a tune up, plugs, wires, filters etc.

Welcome aboard...

Pull the spark plugs and squirt just a little bit of WD-40 into the cylinders. Drain the existing oil, pull the oil filter, and replace the oil and filter with some quality stuff. Once you put fresh oil and filter in/on the engine, pull the distributor and prime the engine with the fresh oil using the correct drill attachment. With the bearings essentially safe at this point, start it up w/some seafoam (through the plenum, don't put it in the fuel tank) and clean the carbon out of the combustion chambers. Once your satisfied that the seafoam did its' job, then install some fresh plugs and wires. Putting seafoam in your fuel tank as opposed to the plenum is of course optional, but I would avoid it with the car sitting for that long...
