Correct Pushrod Length for Procomp Heads?

I am putting together a budget built 1989 L98 roller motor. I know the stock pushrod length is 7.200, what size pushrods do I need when using procomp heads with 1.6 self-aligning roller rockers (w/o guideplates)? Is it 7.300 or 7.400? Superchevy was using 7.400 with stock self-aligning rockers. I saw 7.300 on other posts in the thirdgen forum. Which is correct?

The ones that produce the best geometry on YOUR heads mounted on YOUR block using YOUR head gasket with YOUR rockers and YOUR cam. Only way to know that, is to measure.

Well, how do you measure? 7.200 fits, 7.300 fits, and 7.400 fits. Is the best geometry a visual term or is there a correct angle mentioned in the book for rebuilding a sbc?
