carb or injected? if carb, is it Computer Controlled or mechanical.
if its carb'd you might be experiencing a bit of vapour lock. Even mine with a decent size pusher pump in the tank still seems to get a little bit of v lock after a warm run.

its fuel injection, no mods, stock car and it's a 5spd

More likely that there may be injector or regulator leakage, allowing extra fuel into cylinders. Does it help to open the throttle slightly when starting hot? If so, that's another sign of excess or pooling fuel.
