86 iroc z28 camaro no power but battery is good!
no power at all battery is good it was running good until i change the ECM i had it tested and they said that the processor was going bad in mine they shipped me a new one I put it in but something was not right it started acting up stalling
both ECM are 1227165 units I put mine back in but now there is no power nothing when you turn the key over not even head lights or dome light when i do get a dome light as soon as i turn the key to start the car everything go's out
HELP Please
does the ECM computer control the power to all the car? or is the ECM fried I disconnected the battery cable before installing the ECM

FYI , the ECM doesn't control anything but the engine , so your lights and all other electrical not working have nothing to do with that . You say you disconnected a battery terminal when you replaced the ECM , good on you , never change an ECM without disconnecting the battery , but that terminal may very well be the one that's now got a bad connection , clean both battery terminals and see if your problem disappears .......

both wires are connected good I didn't see any burnt wires or fusible links the battery is fully charged but when I turn on the head lights or like radio and dome light all power is gone

Measure battery voltage with a separate voltmeter. With the ignition on, measure at the battery, and at the alternator. reference the meter at the battery negative, and then at a good engine ground. Is anything missing?

As Vader said, time to get ***** deep with a multimeter - or if you feel like speeding things up, get a test light, attach it to an earth point and start poking around.
