Looks like an oil pressure sending unit for a gauge (the big can) and another that's just a switch, such as might be used for an idiot light. And abuncha brass fittings to hook em all up to the same port of the block. Behind/under the distributor perhaps?

Thankyou so much! Yes it was the the right of the distributor! Im doing an engine swap at the moment and looking at my new engine in the same spot tjis was in there is some sort of brass screw or plug of some sort but it doesnt have a hex head. Its square.

Pulled this engine from a vet I bet? There's should be a few more of these plugs to change out if your converting the block to work... I just finished this task for my gta..
Or.. Come to think of it some did come with that set up. On mine I also had to move a plug for the oil pressure sensor by the oil filer.

the later LG4s used that combination. the sensor for the guage and the oil pressure switch connected to the wiring for the in-tank fuel pump.
