Modification cooling system

Is a radiator trans oil strong enough to be used in a car cooling circulation system (example: replacement Heater core)

Yes,they can handle much higher pressure than coolant radiators or heater cores.

o.k If I understand this principle correctly, otherwise (trans oil by heater cor) the system will be unfit and may break down.

Yes, but you may not have enough coolant flowrate through it to do any real heating. The inlet and outlet tubes are much smaller than a heater core.

That's what I was thinking also. Typical heater cores use 5/8" or 3/4" hoses to move a lot of coolant through the core. A transmission cooler might have as large as 3/8". Although it would probably be enough to keep frost off your windshield, I doubt it would be enough to heat the interior.
