Ok. The mods are open element air filter and flowmaster with a hollowed cat. The rear end has 3.42
First run
60' 2.34
1/8 10.42
mph 69.65
2nd run
60' 2.17
1/8 10.01
mph 70.45
3rd run
60' 2.34 (tranny mount broke)
1/8 10.34
mph 69.78
Sound right? What other mods should I do?
Thanks
Chris

Your best run would coorespond to around a 15.5-15.6 in the 1/4. The other runs right up around a 16.0. Not too bad. (rough estimate is to multiply 1/8th time by 1.55 to approx 1/4 time) That is an LG4 right? What mods? You sure it's 3.42s, stock should be 3.23s according to the tech database...
Track times
My first run in my '85 305HO 5sp was 16.3 My best run now has been a 14.9 @ 96mph.. Only mods are K&N, hooker catback and pulleys, I also advanced the timing and that made a big difference... that was with a sucking 60' of 2.39 I have an intake, roller rockers and some slicks that will go on this spring... should be me into the low 14's or better...

Mine is an 85, but an LG4 with the peanut cam. I think i will play with the timing some next, what did you find to be a good setting for yours??. Yeah we pulled the cover and it is 3.42. I have some 3.73. would that be too low for the car?
Thanks
