I’m not sure if this is the correct section to discuss this,but I was wondering if anyone here knows if they made replacement silicone wiper blades for our factory wiper assemblies. We got our first rains today and of course the replacement blades I bought last year were destroyed by the heat and sun. I went to three big auto parts stores out here and amazingly nobody stocks replacement refills for wipers anymore. They just want to sell you an entire assembly because it costs more money. I ended up having to buy some rain-x wipers for the time being. They work perfectly,but I was hoping I could perhaps find some silicone blades for the factory assemblies so they would last for several years without having to constantly buy new ones.
