350 locked up, won't turn over manually
I have a 1992 Camaro RS, recently bought it as a project car. The original owner swapped a 350 into it. We have tried to turn it over manually and it won't budge. One of the spark plugs had a destroyed central electrode but the bar was completely in tack. We have ruled out hydro locked. It has been sitting since 2012 but it seems no animals have gotten to the wiring. Owner said it made a ticking noise when he last drove it, went out to see what was wrong and wouldn't start. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to turn the crankshaft both ways? Pull all 8 plugs out, that makes it easier to turn. Shoot some penetrating oil in the cylinders and let it set a couple days.
Take the belts off as sometimes accessories lock up and make it seem like the engine is frozen.

ATF in all cylinders with plugs removed, let that soak. Remove accessory belt. Make sure transmission is not seized up. Remove starter.
Good luck
