Heavy Vibration Shaking and rough start

Recently picked up an 89 firebird formula as my first project and manual car as the third gen birds are my dream car(mmhm popups), however I have encounted some nice and very fun issues. The primary one which was my main concern is just how aggressively the car shakes and vibrates at any speed, especially at idle and with the shifter. It also has a bit of a rough start at times, however I believe the no crank is an ignition /wiring issue since the cylinder is a little loose and if i hold it and adjust the wheel it will crank and start. I have replaced all but two sparkplugs, which I am about to go and buy a sparkplug tool to cut in half so it'll fit behind 5 and 8 and checked the wires and they seem to be in the correct firing order and connected to the right cylinders. I imagine the vibration is the motor mounts or trans mounts, however visually I couldn't see anything with the motor mounts. The oil is full, but is lookin a little black so I will be changing it soon. Any assistance is appreciated, thank you
