I believe there are one of 2 reasons. Running lean or a restriction in the exhaust. Is your cat glowing as well.

I'd check your timing.

No it definitely isn't a restriction I don’t have a cat. I do know that if its running rich then your cat will be red hot so I bet your right that its running lean. Any sug. on that?

On the timing I just recently replaced my intake manifold and had to set it for that, so it should still be set from doing that. What would it do if timing was off? Any sug. on it running lean??

Could be a intake vacuum leak causing a lean misture in those
two cylinders. On a dual plane intake manifold, they share a common plenum. Look for vacuum hoses, carb base gasket, intake manifold gasket, transmission vacuum modulator leaks Power brake vacuum booster leak.

could it be maybe your not getting good spark in those cylinders? maybe check ur wires and plugs to make sure they're in good shape.

I would say definatly a lean problem. I built my motor last year and lent my brand new holley 750dp to a bud for the track, his motor sat at an angle and I didnt realize he had the floats so f..... up, any way when I lit my new motor it was way lean and f..... my new ceramic headers up, I immediatly shut her off found the prob and life is good.
