what psi should i run

i just bought a adjustable fuel pressure regulator for my car and i was woundering how many psi i should run. i have an lg4 with an edelbrock 600cfm cab, headers, dyno-max 3'' cat-back, holley 120gph fuel pump. what would be the right psi for my application

It's been years since I messed with carbs but I seem to recall 6 psi being the pressure for one.

cool you guys thanks. the fuel pump that i got was way to much for my car but i got it cheap. I got a fuel pressure regulator but the max is 4 1/2psi. will that work or will it cut off a lot of hp.
should i get a different one. please help any info will help......

4.5 will probably be just fine. A carb doesn't care much about pressure, as long as it can supply enough volume to keep the fuel bowl full.

thanks that is nice to hear. i didn't really feel like taking it back.
can't wait to get her running good agin. it has been down for quite a while and i haven't got to really take her out sence i've done most of my mods........
