What is white smoking?

Any time you burn tires you're putting stress on the car, especially power braking.
And obviously it's going to shorten the life of the tires.
Though I hear if you put bleach on the tires, you'll get some nice smoke, haven't tried it yet though.

How to smoke your tires in a auto.......Put it in 1st and hold the brake, punch the gas and there you go, wait till the smoke good and let off the brake. Notice I said 1st if you put it in drive then there is a chance of braking something, because it goes from gear to gear and if your in 2nd or 3rd and it gets tracion all at once you could break a sprag in the tranny.....SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.

personally, i wouldnt use bleach on your tires. sure, it gives off HUGE clouds of beautiful, beautiful white smoke but holy $hit does it give you a headache...SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE . try oil on your tires. works good, with no headaches

I read somewhere that you can drill a small hole in your wheel well, run some rubber line to a washer pump and resivour that you install in your trunk. Wire it up with a switch. Flip the switch and you get water on your tires. Spin away.

A friend of mine used to pour hydralic fluid on his tires to make them smoke.

Haha colored smoke... I wonder if you get that with Scorcher T/As! I've seriously only done this 3 or 4 times in the car... with 130,500 miles last I looked, I don't know how much abuse the poor 700R4 can take.

Thats what bugs me about the closest 1/4 mile track (still 96 miles away). You can't drive around the water box. At all. So even us guys running radial street tires gotta drive through it and do a burnout to get the dang water back off. Fun, but I still worry about breakin stuff. Oh well, if the auto blows, I'm puttin a 5 speed in and thats all there is to it.

If you use that wet tire shine stuff, and get some on the tread, it'll give you a nice white cloud.
