hey everyone,
im wordering, what kind of cars do you think a '92 3.1L Auto could beat? its pretty quick for what it is...killer accelleration.

Cool Air Intake. Flowmaster Exhaust, accel injectors, afew others, nothing that would make to much of a differance

According to some on these boards, some TBIs. But I would say not many.

 

no hondas or anything like that? not other types of cars?

 

Sadly very few cars- especaily new ones.
Most of todays 4cly compact cars put out the same hp as you but have a much better power to weight ratio- your road kill if they have std transmissions but automatics ae much slower.

Just go slow and pretend you have a V8.

 

That 3.1 would be o.k. in a lighter car like a cavalier. Mine WAS pretty quick, if you want any parts of my motor I sell them to ya

 

i have a 92 camaro 3.1 automatic and i beat a 99-2000 ford mustang 6 cly. and a newer firebird but i have some mods done to it i have 3.73, shift kit pulleys,crane ignition,K&N air filter,flowmaster exhaust,and a stage two chip
