I'll look it up, but I believe the 3.0 Vulcan in 92 had 140 hp. It did in the Taurus my brother had. It was a cool car with a few meaningful mods and it was reasonably swift, but it would not touch 15s. 16-17.1 was my guess. 8-9.5 seconds to 60. I used to be pissed because of it being able to destroy my 89 Corsica 2.8. We suspect it had a chip and a shift improver kit, but who knows, it's sold now.
