Not really a great opponent, but...

I was at a lite (before cam/gears) and there was this older cavvy at the lite next to me. AFter the lite the 2 lanes merge into one, they took off hard, and I nailed it as well. Well, my car backfired, almost stalled and they ahd a few lengths on me, my car recovered and blew them away, lol.

Later found out, I Had a severly burnt wire.

Best win was against a Vette. It was bracket racing, and I was up against him in the practice rounds. Before we raced I was talking to a friend of mine with a Camaro, and we joked about how I would need nitrous against a 98 C5! Well we lined up and I got the holeshot, .5xx to his .8xx and he never came by. I actually saw him in my rearview mirror! He went 14.8 to my 14.4! the next run he went 13.8 to my 14.4, and then the last practice he went 17.2 to my 14.4! In the eliminations he dialed a 13.8 and ran a 14.3 to my dial of 14.45 and I went 14.4x! I ended up with a 2nd place trophy that night, but beating that Vette on the 1st run made me feel GOOD!

I got two.

Heres the best one

I had my car a week and I was showing my cousins. This wise *** kid with an integra comes over and he and his buddies are saying he could take me. I didnt want to race because the car was new to me. He was bragging about his header and CAI...etc. Didnt know much about cars then and I thought he might beat because of all his mods he listed. (Yea I was lame).

So we finally line them up, light turns green, he does a neutral drop to get a good jump. I slam it to the ground and Hook, *** damn did I pull bus lengths, it was rediculous. Then he wanted to go from a 30 mph roll, pulled away easily. After that he got all mad, wanted to fight me, and said I was a ***** cause I stopped at 70. Well seeing how I had a rediculous amount of lengths on him, I stopped at 70. He said he would of passed me @100 and beat me to 140 mph bad. Yea, Im gonna do 140 in a 45 :nono: :nono: Wouldnt of made a difference, he never would have caught up. A month later I found out he raced a 305 TBI RS and won, so he was expecting to smoke me. Muahahahah :sillylol:

Second one is short. Raced a LT1 A4 from 0-80ish. Beat him in 1st, he caught up the beginning of second, and no one gained anything after that, dead even. Was a good tight race.

My best kill would be a 2nd gen GSX with a few mods(more external than internal). The best part was beating down on his freind in a Passat.

My best race was against a Ferrari Testarossa, we raced two times. The first race was even, in the second I managed to pull 1-2 car lengths ... it was awsome to beat a Ferrari ( the guy had no idea how to shift it though )

I have 2 victories that get me excited when I think about them. Both were to 4th gen F bodies!
1. Just got the nitrous on my 97 Chevy Ext.cab. Just made a half of a pass to see if it worked. It did! I promised my buddy I would take him a ride when I got it hooked up. I picked him up, and we cruise north out of town on a 4 lane highway. I go about 2 miles outside of town and start to turn around to make a full pass with the spray. I see a 94 or 95 z28 turning onto the highway.(we were the only ones in sight) I make the U turn and wait on him. I'm cruising about 15 mph when he pulls aside me, I throw a rev and he nails it. I jam the button and floor it and we are dead even through 1st, we hit second(both autos) at the same time and I pull about 2 lengths on him. It stays that way through third and I just know aerodynamics are gonna get me in the big end; but they don't. He backed out of it at about 120, and I still had him by 2 cars. Mods on the truck are K&N FIPK, 3:73 posi.,power programmer, cat delete, and flows, and 100 shot. The guy later went to the accessory shop I get all my parts from(I've got a huge sticker on my BACK window ) and asked who drove the truck, and what I had done to it. The lady that owns the shop(a good friend of mine) asked why he wanted to know, and he said he had raced me and got his a$$ kicked.
2. So word of this race spread quickly, and this punk kid with a 01 Z28 calls me and wants to race. I'm like dude, it's an extended cab pick up, you'll kill me. He's like ya, but you got naaaws. I said no I don't I have Nitrous Works. His car is a six speed too. I new if I would have raced the LT1 car fom a stop I would have been killed. My truck doesn't hook for **** since It's slammed. Well two weeks later, I got the Iroc. I get it running good, and my roommate and I are cruising around in it and I spot this kid at a convience store. I asked him If he was ready to get his *** handed to him. He's like, with that? I said ya, with that. It's kinda wet out so we decide to go from a 20mph roll. My car still had the Super Ram on it then, and combined with the 406 made UNREAL torque. I leave it in 2nd, and stomp it he hung for a split second and then I proceeded to drop at least 10 lenghts on him very quickly before he let off. Of course he told everyone he beat me. I forgot to mention that his car is a little riced out too. But anyway, I fell in love with my car that night.

Came when I was 17 years old. It was the night before Old Dominion Fun Ford Weekend and all the big boys were in town for the night. I beat one of the best Top Truck racers in the bracket finals for my first ever event win.

I have a best win and a best loss....

Win: Just the other night, I'm cruising down Westeimer in Houston, been out there for almost an hour, just cruising at about 2500 rpm in 3rd, not really caring about anyone else. I've made about 2 passes up and down the street, but I hadn't found any good races. I saw a number of imports go at it in slow motion, but that was about it. Finally I make the turn around and see a blue LS1 4th gen up ahead, still not sure if it was a Z28 or an SS, I didnt pay enough attention to it. I did notice the exhaust tips, which makes me think it was an SS. Anyway, after a few minutes of driving alongside each other the traffic clears out ahead of us. I hear him drop it down a gear so I drop it down to second and wait. Sure enough a few seconds later I hear him nail, so I do as well, and instantly I'm pulling on him. We come up to a light side-by-side, I reach over and switch off everything, my a/c, my radio, my alternator (yes I have a switch wired into it). After what seems like an eternity I see the opposite like go yellow, we both bring the revs up, I'm holding at about 2000, light goes green, I spin, he doesnt, I let of for a split second and it grabs and I nail it again, getting side ways. I just stay in it and wait as he pulls about half a car on me. I finally grab as I throw it in second and steadily pull past him till I'm atleast 2 lengths ahead by the top of third. I go ahead and back off about then as we are coming up on traffic and I knew he wouldnt make any of that back up. I was pretty excited after that, but never found anything else to race.

Loss: Stock '01 WS6 with 100 shot N20. Its my friends and his girl-friends car. I told him originally I wanted to race all motor, we pull out on the highway and I look over as he purges the nitrous out the hood nostrils. I honk and we both launch. I get a near perfect launch, for me anyway, and pull half a length, hit second and I pull some more. As soon as he hits second he hits the nitrous and starts making up ground. Strangely enough, by the top of 4th, with him spraying 2nd through 4th gears, he only pulls 1-1.5 lengths on me. I was pretty damn impressed with my car at that point, even though it was a loss. Later I found out I was shifting earlier than what I could have with the new parts, and ended up bumping my shift point up about another 300 rpm. I wanted to race him again but she is now selling the car.

Best win was a 97 Cobra from a Stand Still, The only reason why it was so good is that it was when i first got the Mods done, and i could say i Beat a Cobra. It was at a area that turns from 3 to 2 lanes, at a stop light i reved him up, and he reved back, then handed his a$$ to him, his car was filled with people, and i dont even have rear seats. Still beat him though.

my now sold 1986 porsche 944 turbo (14.0 1/4 mile) vs a 94 BMW 735IL. this guy was tailgating me pretty hard for a while, when traffic opened up i saw him swing out to take me. down shifted to 3rd turbo spooled up, i was even with him until my clutch engaged, then i left him, he tried to catch up and i was doin about 130 in fifth. when we got to the light at the off ramp he pulled up to me and said, "hey thats pretty nice, for a car made in Japan." and peeled his tires and turned the opposite direction. i just laughed.

When i first got my 1991 RS I saw my buddy at K-mart with his early 90's chevy truck, 5.7L tbi riser, headers flowmasters, hypertech chip. I wondered if i could beat that car and i did 30 mph up to 80. Now my car is faster. And all that comes around are preludes and stuff like that. No chance.

I dont know if this counts me and a buddy were at in-n-out burger waiting for a friend to show up and these fugly (fat and ugly) chicks come up in their accura integra (auto) and ask to race my camaro. I told them i would save them the embarasment and they kind of hung around. They asked me and my buddy if we had girlfriends we said no then they asked for our phone numbers we said we couldnt use the phone. Then my friend called and we were going to go to his house I pull out and leave the place and i see an accura behind me. I dont want any fugly chicks following me so i take off and it speeds up i powerslide a couple turns and get quite a bit of seperation. I roll up my friends drive way in stealth mode and the fugly chicks cruised by my friends house 3 times looking for us. That was kind of weird but a cool story. My town is lame that is exciting as it gets.

Oklahoma City last year, I was with my girl at the time (should have married her but was forced back home ) Pulled up to a riced out Honda, some kid and his girl (I lived in a town full of kids living off their parents) and the girls looked at mine and said poor cvery iron junk, he thin "chirped" the front tires and took off, I smoked the rears and went after him, I could tell he could not drive a stick for anything, took him by about 2 car lengths before I braked. He cought up and my girl said "poor Honda 4 banger", the kid looked like he had just died, she then said something about comparing the size of an engine with the size of the male drivers......... but I wont repeat that LOL.

best win had to have been....

My best win had to have been a Mustang 5.0....BBK X Pipe, Headers, Cobra Intake, Gears and and AOD Tranny......We went at it from a dead stop and I stayed with him while I was burning tire but.....when I hooked second gear I jumped about 1.5-2 cars ahead of him.....AARON
