Accidentally hit post new topic as opposed to post new reply. I tried to delete it but it wouldn't let me. This goes with the 305 vs. 3.4 story. lol. It was from a stop by the way.

That's what I said would happen. I have had alot of V-6 Camaro owners attempt to dog my 305.
I just tell them while it's not a 350 it's still got two more cylinders and alot more cubes then there V-6's and to pipe down.
I have yet to lose to a V-6 4th gen. Not to say that the 3.4 isn't a good motor. It most certainly is.
I simply can't weight until I get a chance to drop in the 383. I almost have enough cash saved up for the engine. Even when I get it I'll still have to buy all the other crap that is needed for the install. So it won't be installed for a few months.
I bet that it will be worth the wait.
