Had to put down another thirdgen

Well my car has a crappy idle right now so I really dont go arouind looking for races as of lately.
I pull up to a light and I notice a white 84-85 camaro with a 305 in it. It is a typical porterville thirdgen, not great looking and might not run great. I see him creeping up, I knew he wanted to race. I have to keep my foot on the gas to keep it running and I am sitting there at about 1300 rpms.
Light turns green and I hold back a tad just incase. He hits it hard and so do I. I spun a bit, he didnt. Car shifts into second and I lay down some very nice second gears marks. I leave him like he is standing still. I end it at about 70 cause we were almost in town.
We get to another light and I give him the "I respect you cause you have a thirdgen, but my car is faster" look. He is all pissed because I smoked him. He says I was lucky and his car is faster. I told him he would eat my **** again and he gave me the finger.
Light turns green and I raped him again. He then gave me the finger again and turned. What a looser. He should have been driving a r**ed out rustang with that attitude.

It was fun winning with my car running like crap.

Stock cam. I dont know why the idle is crap. I am thinking it might be the MAF, but i dont know. Besides the idle it runs just like normal.

My intake is mildly ported. I have a very strong L98.

Ya, I love marking it up in second. Come winter it will about get sideways in second. I love it when it cools down!
