my 91 RS vs. 95-98 mustang GT

ok, here's the situation...don't know much about the car except that it's pretty fast. let's assume that it has all the go fast goodies except a supercharger. i have a 1991 RS...w/a 383, auto, 2.73's right now, no posi...how would this race go? I don't usually post things like this but it's my girlfriends ex and i want to annihilate him.

You will definitely kill him man, if he is bone stock, stock those cars only have like 230 hp, so I think that you'll own him!! Good luck!!!

It depends, "don't know much about the car except that it's pretty fast. let's assume that it has all the go fast goodies" could mean anything from alot of bolt-ons to a lightened car w/a 331 stroker, h/c/i, suspension, tires, and 4.11s.

Get yourself a posi and go kick his a$$. I think you'll beat him anyway, but if you really want to smoke him a 3.23/3.42 rear with posi would do wonders for your car. They can be had pretty cheap as well.

Depends, here it is...

1994-1995: could be a H/C/I car with 350 rwhp running mid 10s, could be a stock car with exhaust running mid 14s.

1996-1998: could be a PI headed and cammed car with all the bolt ons running 12s or better. Could be a stock high 14s car!

You never know!

Those cars were pretty heavy, but they can be pretty fast done right. I'd say you've got him with your setup IMO. Although you do need a posi setup with about a 3.73 gear. Good luck and let us know.
