me vs 2000 mustang gt
who would win u think?
the mustang is the plain jane GT, manual.
no mods.
i think its like 260hp stock, mid 14 second car.
i know i would lose as my sig shows, but with a 100 shot nitro?

I think it will be close, leening in the direction of the GT unless he can't drive a stick

u think a 100shot wouldnt put me in low 14's?
also i just got a cutout valve. that will help some.

I'm not to sure how much the shot would do I was thinking a second? which would be where the mustang is but if you have a cutout it should give you an advantage, I am going with you on this one

I just don't know how much a 100shot will add but the more I think about it you should be in the low 14's with that and the cutout which should be enough to take him

a 2k gt should be able to break into 13.9's with a driver that knows his way around a stick. i see new gt's running 13.8x"s all day long at the track with just a cat-back and k&n.

I think that you would need to make some more power in order to beat that GT. Even someone who couldn't hit the shift perfect should be able to hit a very low 14.
How far are you going to race this guy 1/8 or 1/4? You could yours up to run the 1/8 and get some better times with lower power, however, you would lose all top end.

I have never ever seen a bone stock GT break into the 13's, not once. The best Ive seen is a 14.1 and the guy driving it has a 10 sec cobra so I know he can drive. Hell I have seen some moron high school kids run 14.7's and 14.8's in them. Sure I have seen lightly modded ones break into the 13's but not one that stock all the way to the paper filter. Either way however I think he should beat you. Your car is basically bone stock and then you throw a 100 shot on it I say you gain a second. Get some headers, high flow cat, and a cat back and then it will be close. Good Luck.

Look for the GT VERT, went 13.9 bone stock... If after that you dont believe it, oh well I have seen it a few times and know people who have done it!
*Edit*
And before you say look at the mods list he is having issues with the site, and those are the mods listed for his teal notch which went 12.9 with exhaust, gears, tires and suspension!

My point is that your typical GT mustang runs low 14's and some morons can get them in the mid to high 14 second range.
