Rematch with an 85 vette :)

I posted a race between me and an 85 vette a long time ago in which during the race he cut me off and wouldn't let me pass LOL.

Anyways, I was just cruisin down a 4-lane road just minding my own business, and up in the distance I notice it's him turning onto the road. I thought finally I have the chance to show this kid what my car is all about, because he had been goin around tellin everyone how bad he beat me.

The speed limit on this road is 45, and has a decent amount of stoplights. I kick it up to about 50-55 to catch up with him and I have an opportunity to get side-by-side at a red light with him then some idiot in a van swerves from the turn lane to go straight.

The van soon turns off and I get up beside the corvette and rev it up to let him know i'm game. When he looked over he had a look of terror on his face, and I started smiling. We come up to the next stop light and neither of us get on it until about 20 mph and he hit it and had half a car on me before I got on it. So I hit it and almost immediately pull half a car ahead of him and just pull on him like it's nobody's business from then up to about 70.

We come up to another stop light and he won't even look at me but I can hear him power-braking it getting ready to launch, so I do the same(last time we raced I spun hard, this time I have drag radials). Light turns green and I destroy him out of the hole and pulled like 3 cars up to 50 mph and let off. Then he pulls a ***** fly-by and goes flying by me like he just won.

Good kill. What mods do you have? An '85 Vette with the L98 should be a close race stock for stock.

I have a 91 L98 out of a corvette(aluminum heads), Longtube headers, exhaust, bbk throttle body, ported plenum, 1.6 roller rockers, engine is bored .060 with forged internals, SLP Cai, custom tuned chip, a lil weight reduction and some drag radials. Good for 13.63 @ 102 off motor. I also have a 150 shot of nitrous which I didn't use.

Why didn't you run him off the road right into an orphanage?

Or at the very least tell him what a Mother ****er he is.

Nah, wouldn't want any innocent kids (orphanage) to get hurt.

A cess pit would be a better idea.
