Me vs a Mustang

Normally i don't care for street raceing. But a kid around town was talking "Yea, mine will spank that POS" normally i let comments like that go. Everyone talks sh*t but he just won't shutup.
Now, for the topic, i believe its a 87 mustang 302. It looks almost stock, even has the stock muffler, but he claims 14.02 in the 1/4. What are my chances in a race (yes, i have full traction too with little heating of tires needed). He has trouble with traction off the like with his 5 speed i believe.

-K&N Airfilters
-Ported Plenum
-2.77 Gears (not much to brag about but eh, its there)
-MSD 8.5 mm plug wires
-Gutted cat

That's what he claims, but honestly it didn't look anywhere close last saturday. He claims "oh i adjusted the TPS, yada yada, and now i'm running fast." so lets assume stock vs. mine... cause i didn't even notice aftmkt coil/plugwires, let alone exhaust. nor did i even see a K&N.

just race him.!!!!!! If your afraid of wasting your time on him, tell him you wan't to see his time slip, and that you think hes full of ****. If he doesn't have the slip, about 99% of the time, its horse****. Even if he does run low 14's, you still have a change with a good jump at the line.
