Are you sure that you've got the right url posted? I tried to get it in 3 different web browsers and it didn't work... It should work with 99% of computers...

Edit: Try this I think I found your problem: http://www.finaldrivemagazine.com/videos/revlimit.mpg

I Could have easily smoked them without water. I thought water might create more smoke faster so I wouldnt loose too much tire.

Why do you say possibly the only drifting camaro in america? Is it particularly rare to be able to do that? I mean I can mash the throttle around a u-turn and the rear end will swing out no problem...

Sure you probably could mash the gas and go around a u turn. Not saying I"m better then you. But can you break out the rear end before the turn. Be sideways through out the turn? Also can you drift around one turn and then keep sliding to another turn and then drift around the other turn also? Like connecting turns all one big drift? Sorry but most of the camaros I've seen try to drift. Also at drift sessions. They were making me laugh. They broke out their back ends at the exit. Only power sliding. OH yea and yea I guess its u turns. but it isnt small u turns like on the streets. I'm talking about wide turns. So not fishtailing. But drifting. NOt saying you cant drift. But just saying. Most domestic guys think drifting is just fishtailing the rear end at the exit. Or sliding around small little u turns. While I go up to the local mountains and drift the turns. And sometimes if I feel like it I connnect the turns all one drift. Sorry if I offended you. But just trying to get out my opinion.

Really? hummm I would have thought with posi, you should be able to burn both tires off no matter what. Looks like you did only have the one waterspot though so I guess that might have done it. Friend of mine was doing some burnouts in his Chevy 4x4, his posi would only work sometimes. Kinda cool watching 35 inch tires just smokin like crazy hehe

I haven't seen any drifting Camaros in the local area, matter a fact no one does it around here. I still bet there's others out there that drift, seems as if it's mostly popular overseas though.

It woulda been so much cooler if your rear end didn't look like it got hit by a semi truck and take that other guy out of the video.

I was not offended in any way, I was just asking a question straight out, I wasn't sure if there was a difference between fishtailing and drifting... just wondering.

Monkie, chill out man we all drive what we buy and thats that, I myself had very little funding to start my project... some of us don't care about a little damage enough to spend vast amounts of money to fix it... I'm sure we all plan to hammer dents out in the future.

Bur revlimit, you use the all mighty handbrake to start your drifts . I remember you posting pictures some while ago, glad you've got a video now.
I don't see the big deal about all this "you're not the only one" since you did say: "possibly" and let me tell you something guys....until you get a drifting video that proves that you can drift....SHUT IT and let the man have fun.
Oh yeah, and he is tecnically overseas, just not on the mainland .

drifting quite a good time. I know exactly what your talking about rev limit. I used to do it more when the 305 was still in becuase when I down shift the Vortec at full throttle to bust em loose the car gets to be quite a handful.

Hey firbird,, lol,, I'm open to contirbutions as well ,, your car doesn't look bad at all though. I got your email too (thankfully,, I lost everything last week),, I've just been busy these past few days trying to get crap together around here & trying to hunt some parts. Glad to hear (read really) your car's running good now. I'll update you on the bird as soon as I get a chance (& sober mind )

REV,, I didn't mean anything bad by the pic (I even put a smiley face on you ),, that's actually alot better looking than when my camaro got tagged in basically the same spot by a Z71 ext. cab truck. I followed the link back to where it was hosted & watched the other drifting videos as well,, sweet shiznit , wish there was somewhere around here to do that crap w/o getting busted or running into something (like curbs). I saw that white car in one of the videos smear the railing,,, yeow

My only curiousity(REV),, how did you get so lucky as to keep the back glass from, whatever tagged (or you tagged), breaking ? That looks like a pretty solid 'body mod'

I dono. I guess I just have good luck or something. I'm very thankful my glass didnt break. That owuld have sucked. Also I'm thankful my car is completly functional. Just only body damaged. Which will soon be fixed.
