Dyno Day meet up
Dyno Day meet up
Okay.....We're on at 12:30. So who is interested in meeting up before we go? I'm coming from Thornhill and prefer to tag with someone else. Just love convoys
So who's in? Anyone? Or am I the only one coming from this direction? Well maybe the rest of you can make plans to arrive togethor.
Let's plan here
Never mind.....Almost all of you are from Kitchenr!!! So that's where all the action is
Hey Kev...Map quest was great but could I trouble you for directions? Just tell me where to get off on the 401 West and how the get to the shop. I hate maps.

Get off the 401 at Homer Watson Bv. Take Homer n/b to Bleams. Take Bleams to Strasburg and turn left onto Strasburg. Then, turn left onto Shoemaker. It's at 55 Shoemaker. Forrest and Forrest Racing.

Thanks Tracey, I see you found the place O.K. Yeah 88redxtsy, just follow Tracey's direction and you should have no problems. If you do get lost, I will have my cell phone. The number is 721-4306. The number for Forrest&Forrest is 519-748-2535. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.
Once you reach Shoemaker, I will have my car near the entrance so you will know where to turn in. The shop is tucked away in the back with no signs

Just wait until they open the new one here in Kitchener. It will be 2 minutes from me on Ottawa St. I think we should claim the lot as our own meeting/cruise spot.

No wasn't me, anyways. I work until 11pm every night
I sometimes go up there on a Friday night at around that time, just to see what's happening. Are you around there at that time?

What kinda trouble? Usually it's pretty quiet there, with the odd big cammed machine that rumblesw through. If it was trouble, it would have to be the ricers. We go only to meet, see friends and have a coffee, no big deal.

Some of the neighbours are not imprssed with the crowds and the squealing tires and went over to try and start trouble last night. And it sounds like they found it. Just peple being stupid if you ask me. I don't know what group was there (i.e.ricers or others). But it sunds like a few morons are trying to ruin it for everybody else. People can be so stupid!

I know that the bikers like to rev it out coming out of there, but , they have been doing this for the last 25 years! I think that the presence of police is enough of a deterent for most people, but you are right, it only takes a few to ruin it. I like the idea of the Krispy Kreme location on Ottawa St. It's a non-residential area and there is a Tim's across the street. As long as you are minding your own business, there shouldn't be any problems with anyone.

I like the Krispy Kreems idea. Might eb a good spot. Plus, that way we wouldn't be mistaken for those hot heads too! I like it!
I hate it when people complain about stuff like the odd tire squeal and a group of people congregating to look at cars and have a coffee. I mean, really, if that's their biggest problem, they shuld count themselves lucky! The plaza businesses don't seem to mind...you guys must drink a lot of coffee or somethin'.
Just my little commentary.
