Smashed My ****in Car Up!!!!! ****!!!

****in bull****... Im pissed... Was on my way up to my grandmas to put her away for the winter... Goin up McNeilly Road, to the top of the mountain, some dude in a ****in ***** comes sliding down the mountain on black ice.. Comin straight towards my car in my lane, so i punch it into his lane so he doesnt rack my car up, would have been dead, he was goin like 60km... I paniced and slammed the pedal down, car grabbed and shot onto the otherside of the road, than i hit the ice it kept sliding, went off the road and rolled down the side of the mountain into a rock wall... No stopping it... I hit my head off my steering wheel dead hard and it knocked me unconcious... The other guy hit a tree... All for because of a *****... I ran into a tree laying on the ground and pushed it all the way to the wall.. If it wasnt for that slowing me down i woulda hit that wall going very fast... I was pretty much slowed by the time i hit the wall because the body damage isnt too bad... Just a few dents.. When i hit the tree is when i got knocked out i think... My whole undercarriage is ****ed tho.. Everythings shifted.. My right wheel is turned while my left wheel is straight... I havent got to check my frame but Im guaranteeing its ****ed... I luved my car.. This is bull****... I wish i woulda been awake after to go break that ricers neck... It took them 4 hours to get my car outta there... So now I dont know whut to do.. Im trying to work a deal with IROC ZZ4. Were both in Hamilton.. I need his rolling chassis.. Im leavin in an hour, getting ****in hammered tonite, have to take my mind off of this...

since it's obvoiusly his fault shouldn't his insurance cover the accident?

Alot of us don't have collision insurance... but it's starting to look like a good idea. I have never considered it. I always figured if I smash it up I can get a couple fenders from any good yard sale.

but even if you don't have collision insurance, if the accident isn't your fault, shouldn't the other guy's insurance pay for your car?

easySPEED you gotta learn one key point about insurance companies. They are only there to protect and support you, unless you get in an accident or get some tickets then your on your own...

Iroc2nv- Makes ya kinda superstitious, doesn't it? I'm the same way. We move in 3 months to the house we're building and I'm already talking flatbed to bring my Camaro over. I just don't believe in tempting fate.

383 Smoka- hope you were able to find a way to take your mind off this IF that's possible. We're all thinking of ya dude. We'd all like to kick the *ss of the guy who caused the crash. Again, if ya need any help, just give a holler.

Yea Im ok... Got checked out, had to be awakened every half hour for like 24 hours er some ****.. Was stupid... Im totally fine tho... As for my car.. UGH!!!! IROCKER's gunna come up and help me check out the actual damage... Frame etc... I dont even wanna look at it.. I was selling it in spring time to buy a 2000 TA Convertible, but still, i didnt want to get rid of it this way.. The body can be fixed no problem at all... Its the frame im totally worried about.. Havent had a good look at it yet, when IROCKER comes i'll jack it up and see whut he thinks... If the frame is fine i will definately fix the car... Get it painted, than sell it.. I really hope i dont have to part my baby out.....

Damn I didn't see this post till now!! I'm going to write the city and demand they remove the giant IROC magnets from the forests in the hamilton mountain Thats the same mountain I just crashed my car going up.. F*ck man that sux trust me I feel your pain.. My frame is garbage though since I bent it in two places.. If you want to go out and drink our problems away I've got connections at Solid Gold, Hamilton Strip, and Million Dollar Sallon... Mabey a couple cold beers, a cuban cigar(perhaps a blunt), and watching a couple hot girls touching each other in the VIP room will help us forget about our problems

HAHAHAHA...

Anyone want my car?

1985 IROC Z.. Everything is pretty much good on it.... I havent got to check to see if I bent the frame or not.. Im gettin rid of the car in spring for a 2000 TA, so even if its not bent, I have no ambition to fix it.. It has a recently rebuilt 355, in the hot hot summer days I was having an overheating problem when the hood was shut, but for the last 2 months it has been fine.. Ran perfect... Brand new carb, fuel pump, etc.. Transmission is great, with B&M stage 2 kit, stall convertor, n corvette servo... Has Eibach Sportline springs, 2 months old... Brand new alarm with pager and proximity sensor (cost me 899.98 plus tax)... If yer not going to fix it up, doors, hatch, hood, t tops, ground effects.. Everythings perfect... Everyone has seen the rims, they come with it, plus I have 2 brand new Bridgestone tires that are not even mounted, still in tire bags I'll throw in... Laid off from job, need cash... $3000

Glad to here you survied. Just curious, is that the same mountain road that we took to go to Cayuga?? If so, I'm finding an alternate route for the future. I ain't rolling down no hill or slamming into some rock. This is begining to spook me guys. Two guys crah, one guy blows his engine and I'm getting married. Damn, we need to hit the strip club boys....get our minds off our trouble.
