Cayuga Today?????????
Well the Festiva kid isn't going up to the track so.... Unless someone really wanted something that I have for sale I don't think I will go either. No sense of me going if no one else is. If some one is going or was interested in something let me know and we can meet up. I hope everyone checks the board first> DOn't want anyone to go looking for me and I am not at the track. Sorry to anyone who didn't read this first. But hey if you going to race, it doesn't matter if I am there or not right.
Thanks Keiran

Not a problem. I figured that no one would want to go. After all, it is November. I will still meet up with anyonw who may have need any of my parts though so just let me know. If not...I will still have them otherwise.

Actually a busted endlink could only help you in drag racing.
I ran with no front sway bar all season.

I agree. Most people remove the links for racing, some the whole bar too. We'll let slade pass with this one. Much better weight displacement. Oh well.
I wanted to spend the day repairing it lol
today happened to be only mildly cold and tomorrow it was raining and the thunk sound the piece left there was making was annoying me.
Last time I had to replace one it had to beat it with a hammer and chisel to get it off. Same luck again this time...
You know there is something seriously odd with you when you happen to have parts lying around in the garage like a sway bar link for just such an occurrence...
Geez I see snow and I say **** and then I go to the garage pull out the snow tires and swap them in 20 mins then off to work albeit 5 mins late...
Oh crap what's that liquid on the driveway? Hmm it smells like... differential fluid... into the garage out comes a differential cover gasket and 2 bottles of fluid and a drainpan.. 30 mins later no leak AND I'm cleaning up the differential housing with orange clean/simple green combo fluid too...

There's been nothing happening on most of the local boards for a few years now so might as well start reliving our past and dredging up old threads..lol
Lotsa changes since the Ontario Board started - when was that anyway, about 10 years ago now.

Easyspeed...lol...forgot all about that guy - ya likely driving a 1999 carivan with his 3 kids and 2 baby momma's!
Also remember the Festiva guy - he use to live around the corner from me so would see him every now and again - funny looking car but it did move.
Made me crack up seeing this one brought back from the dead.

Geez, the guy is actually probably a millionaire now, but from the sweat of others. He'll probably be on W5 soon, with one of the reporters trying to ask him why he has milked the weak out of so much cash, all while he's getting into his car, not saying anything before he drives off.

Perhaps, but it's impossible to make money by working for it yourself - there's only so much you can charge and there's only 24 hours in a day. Even if you charge $100 an hour and put in 14 hour days you are still a wage slave.

Re: Cayuga Today?????????
I wouldn't quite say millionaire yet, but on the right track. Minivan with kids? No. Wife... yes.
I almost bought a 92 heritage edition z28 a month back, red with black stripes... and had planned to take it over the top, chrome-fx and all with a big block and some boyds... I'd have to keep up to my reputation of butchering all original classics and keeping you all happy... One of the reasons I checked back to the boards...

Ah... I miss my baby...
but now I'm leaning toward something a little more modern and luxurious, have my eye on a beautiful Porsche Turbo I might pick up this month... I'll still stay true to my promise and pick up another Z one of these days...
