Got some work to do!

Well my truck has turned out to be a bigger project than expected. I'm hoping to have it on the road by end of March or early April. Check it out...warning the pictures you are about to see are graphic ...

Wow, that looks like a hell of alot of work. Good luck. I like the custom interior upgrades...lol The rubber band parking brake mod is pretty cool, although I don't think the truck is ready for "The Club" just yet...

haha...yeah the rubber band is classy! The parking brake cable is ceased so that's what the previous owner did to keep the pedal from falling to the floor.

And the club...haha, no door lock on the driver side yet.

I thought they came like that from the factory.
Looks good to me.

It's not a real truck unless it's got a carbed small block that leaks oil faster than you can pour it in.

You get that truck lookin pretty and get youself a trailer to tow your pride and joy around.I learned my lesson with those truck floors,i pulled out the rubber mat and insulation.Once the rubber cracks water, salt will get soaked up by the insulation and rot the drivers floor from inside to out.Common i guess with any winter vehicle.Good luck with the project.

At least you have enough room to jump in and walk around inside that engine bay.

Tanager: It's only on because there is no door locks. I highly doubt anyone would steal it, but this is Hamilton afterall.

skidoo: Eventually picking up a trailer is the plan. For now I just need it for hauling around crap.

SBlackfoot: I could sleep an entire family in the spare space in the engine bay! Installing headers is gonna be a piece of cake!

Wait until you change the spark plugs. I'm telling ya, life just doesn't get any easier than that.

Unless of course, they're the original plugs (don't ask).

INSTALLING HEADERS?!

How about putting some floor pans in it first?

SBlackfoot: Plugs are already done...it took me about 30 minutes, and the only reason why it took that long was because my fingers were freezing.

NTChrist: haha..I know, I'm getting ahead of myself. Especially since I haven't even installed headers in the IROC yet!
