Does anyone around here know were to get your heads ported for a decent price?

I'd try PMing F-BIRD'88. I'm pretty sure he used to port heads for a little bit of $$$, especially the 305 heads. He will know somebody if he won't port them himself.

hey guys take them to Atchison Machine in London. call them and ask for Denis and tell him Andrew Taylor (me) refered you. they do realy top notch work. I have my engine there right now.

 

I have a buddy who has a well equipped shop in Fonthill.
(Near Welland) He is aware of the stuff I do with the factory 305 heads ( he is the one who tests them on the flow bench,
and shakes his head LMAO)
Send me an email about what you want done and what is a decent price. i'll forward it and see what he can do for ya.
His Shop is new. It's called Hardcore Speed and Machine.
So it's not inthe book. But you may have seen him at Cayuga.

Up until recently, I would also recommend Atchison Machine.... but I just realized in the last while that they aren't doing me any favours. Their prices are significantly higher than most other places... and most times, they don't do a better job. They have a great reputation among racers and that's why I started using them... but I personally havn't had the best service.

I will be trying Answer machine this time around... I have heard good things about them, and their prices are much more competetive.

I think Atchison would be the way to go if you were doing a hardcore buildup because they really know their stuff.... but for your every day street/strip 350 or 383... I don't think it's worth it.
