This IROC used to belong to a guy named Tom Hynes. It's been clocked at over 200mph. It's also got a super-rare DFI system that is self monitoring. You set it for a specific A/F ratio and it adjusts. You should have seen the engine it used to have I want, I want, I want.....

Johnny,
From what I can tell he is using a Borla nascar style muffler. You can get them with round or oval inlets, single or dual. Then they go into a really flat design for the actual muffer peice, just like Nascar, and then exit out the side.

That exhaust to me looks like a winston cup car style of tailpipe, used and made flat for ground cleareance I believe.

Actually, it was a $2000 option for the gen 6 boxes. It used a wide band and you had to send the box in for modification. They only offered it for a few months. I think they made 6 of them. Pretty rare

Is that right, So every time you did a new modification or any changes you would have to send the box back in, That's no good.

He used to have Ronal Firehawk rims on it. The car was featured in GM High Tech many years ago.
