This IROC used to belong to a guy named Tom Hynes. It's been clocked at over 200mph. It's also got a super-rare DFI system that is self monitoring. You set it for a specific A/F ratio and it adjusts. You should have seen the engine it used to have

From what I can tell he is using a Borla nascar style muffler. You can get them with round or oval inlets, single or dual. Then they go into a really flat design for the actual muffer peice, just like Nascar, and then exit out the side.

That exhaust to me looks like a winston cup car style of tailpipe, used and made flat for ground cleareance I believe.
