they are haveing a problem with my car!

hey guys anyway as u all no my car is in the shop getting a major make over, anyway they are takeing there sweet a$$ time because i told them i dont want it till spring. anyway they fixed the rust hole on the floor board along with sanding, they cut my hood to creat a ram air effect and changed the hatch, this weekend he gave me a call about the front noes i gave him, my z28 is a 83 with the gfx... i got the newer rs ones to put on (it had some damage on the bottom part and it somehow will not stay out... hard to explain. but anyway he said i should get another one in good shape to do the job right. ok fine i agree i dont want a half a$$ job. but should i just keep the 83 style because there is not to many of them and maby take out the parking lights? or start hitting up the yards again?? i no the newer style looks alot better but i somehow feel i should keep what i got because i never seem my style camaro on the road...i guess they are getting rare now lol....my car is what 22 years old>>$HIT THATS OLD...lol anyway let me no what u guys think.

A brand new one from GM isn't really all that expensive(for my '90 iroc anyway). Give a Gm dealer a call to find out, you might be surprised.

i put the newer style on mine out of preference, also when i went looking for one it was a really good price (250 for the nose cone and ground effects piece) so you just have to ask yourself which one do you think you like.

mine is a brand new piece that i found in the tri ad. it had never been put on a car or even painted before i got it, what they are worth at a dealer i dont know, but i think that they would probably be worth more than that.
