Ford SVO injectors?

I just received my SVO 24# injectors from Summit. I had heard multiple times they would fit my 5.7L TPI. After comparing them to my old injectors I noticed that they are about 1/4" shorter and the locking clip groove at the top of the injector doesn't go completely around the injector. While these injectors fasten to my fuel rail and fit in deep enough into the manifold so they don't leak vacuum?

I'm using the Motorsport 19lb/hr injectors on my mildly modified '87 LB9 305. They have almost 15,000 miles already, and work great!
