what did you need to know? I have hooker long tubes with mufflex 4 inch exhaust. You can send me an e-mail if you have any questions.

I have hooker super comp's and the mufflex 3" Y pipe with the 4" cat back. You lose a little ground cleance like over speed bumps and driveway's. But the sound and power you make out wheighs the trouble.

I'm no expert but bear with me here.....

You're pulling 120 mph trap speeds right now with your shorties. Everyone is freaking out about how your car is running as it is. Now you're switching to long tubes and hoping to gain some mph and ET.

I wouldn't be surprised if you actually lost mph with the long tubes. I know it sounds crazy, but your car seems to be tuned "dead ***** on" for everything it has right now.

Do you think it's possible that what you will gain in overall airflow, you will lose in the accuracy of your current tuning?

It will be VERY interesting to see. Please keep us all informed. By the way, I'd love to buy your shorties when you're ready.

If you don't get any pics, I'll take some of my buddy's for you. His forum name is zz4z28 and he has Hooker long tubes, 3" Mufflex y-pipe and 4" Mufflex exhaust. (and an ATI D1 blower)

It is extremely low. I got down on my hands and knees to check it out. Think your air dam scrapes every time you pull into the grocery store? Look out.

BTW, I put the pic of your launch on my wallpaper. It's nice seeing a red '91 squatting like that, it's my exact same car. Now get it to pull the wheels and I'll put it as permanant wallpaper. hehe

I had that exhaust and the most trouble I had was putting my car on the trailer to go to the races.

I dont think it ever scraped otherwise.
It is low though. And my car wasnt lowered.
