Cam recommedation for StealthRam....

Well, lets see. Its a 355 Firebird Formula forged pistons, 4-bolt caps, T-5, Trick Flow G2 Twisted Wedge Heads, StealthRam Hedman 1 5/8 headers, 3" full cat back Flowmaster, MSD, MAF car, 1.6 Crane Gold RR's. 58mmTB, 24lb SVO injectors, 3.45 in the pumpkin.
Looking for mid 12's, and with this setup and a nice cam i foresee no problem after i burn a nice chip for her.
What Cam do you recommend? I want to go aggressive, but not NUTS. Im gonna try and pass the emissions testing part of it, but i can try to fanagle that. I have a weenie crane cam now, (452/465 220/224) I wanna go hefty and work well w/my heads and StealthRam combo. I want to drive the thing, its not a trailer granny by any means, but it wont be a daily driver, but it will have to drive 200 miles to the track. Any recommendations? I WILL be getting 12psi next year via an ATI, so thats gotta play into it.

Thanks guys, you rule....:hail:

Stealth ram and those heads will breath mighty well....

However the 1 5/8th headers will be a ligght tight, but assuming you've got full mandral bends behind them all the way to the back its doable. I'd say you need some duration, get yourself around 225/230 duration @ .050, as much lift as you can afford and a 112 lsa and you're good to go.

Pick your manufacture. Its not in the name, its in the grind.

That is a lot of miles on the cam. I would figure after 1,300,000 miles, it would be time for a new cam
