Test your fuel pressure. I had a similar problem and it was leaky injectors.

Should it smoke when it starts? Because it doesn't smoke but I can smell fuel from the exhaust when it starts.

As long as it fits your Schraeder valve it should work.
You're looking to see how well your pressure holds with the engine off.

Ok if I order it now I'll receive it after a week. So how can you tell if it’s the injectors from the fuel pressure gauge readings

The pressure will leak down. It should hold. The most definite way to find out if your inj are leaking is to actually pull the rail, pressurize the system, and watch.
If your pressure drops on the gauge it could also be your fpr. In this case pressurize the system and pinch your fuel return line. See if the drop stops.

For more info do a search. There are many many threads on this subject. You'll find more info faster as well.

It can also be the check valve in the fuel pump.
