I will have pics up in a couple hours, but holy roughness inside the runners, they are cleaning up really easy and it isnt taken very long. They are as smooth as a babys *** now I havent Gasket matched the runners yet, because I am a waiting some more Info. Give me a while and pics will be up.

Dont forget to radius the inlets to each port....you wont find a lot of power by just smoothing out the ports.

Here I did a little Radius cleaning like 89 said, not too much to take off but Im sure you could go way more.:lala: :lala:

I bet the reason it's rough is because it used to be a carb manifold. The rough surface keeps the fuel from dropping out of suspension. In a dryflow system like TPI though it won't do anything useful...
