that would depend on factors like your engines displacement but if your talking about the stock L98 its about 1000rpm-5000rpm, above 5000rpm its low durration and lift restrict the engines breathing and power falls off quickly but since the stock TPI stopped flowing well at 4700rpm its effective torque range peaks near 2600-3200rpm its not a problem for the stock engines, this is the cam found in many L98 engines several cams were used the #14094728 was used in many early vettes (85-86)(its still available at some dealers but
