As far as I know, it doesn't exist. I have those same headers, and after talking with Summit, Jegs, Hooker, and local performance shops, I couldn't find any y-pipe for those headers. I ended up buying the hedman y pipe, and having it modified by an exhaust shop to fit the hookers. It would have been a better idea to have a shop make you a custom y pipe from scratch. The Hedman y pipe is only 2.5 inches I think, so it might be a restriction depending on what your plans are.

By the way, I have air tubes on my headers. Funny enough, Summit, Jegs, and Hooker (yup, I called hooker and two people told me they don't make them with air tubes) said that I couldn't get the shorty comp headers with air tubes. On their website, I found the part number, and a little footnote that said to add an O to the end of the number to get the headers w/ air.

If I were to try to put it in words, I think it would be really confusing to say exactly what they had to do. It wasn't too bad though. It was like $70 to modify.

Try the Mufflex site.

Here's their Y-pipe for the long tubes.
