Cam with L98's
Hey guys, I'm from the TBI board usually, but I have a L98 longblock from '89 and was thinking about camming it while its on the stand in my garage and I thought this would be the best place to ask this. I'm looking at this cam:
Factory hydraulic roller for 87-89 Corvette & F-body w/350 TPI.
Adv. Duration: 270º/276º
Gross Lift: .452''/.465''
Series: 2032HR
Can any of you tell me if these stock iron L98 heads can take this cam in their stock form or if not, what should I have done to them? thanks for any replies.

the srpings will be fine for that amount of lift. little small almost stock in my opinion.

Ok, thanks, that's what I was hoping. The only reason I'm going with this fairly small cam is because I'm keeping it TBI and don't really want to get deep into tuning and this cam should be really easy to tune in with its nice LSA and lower duration.
