fuel rail conversion
fuel rail conversion
Does anyone know where I can getting some info on converting a fuel rail to have rear exit inlet and outlet. I have seen them somewhere but do not remember. I also searched this site but did not find it.
Thanks:hail:

Yeah, its Street and Performance.
here's what i was talking about. I'm doing a tpi swap into a chevy truck. There's not much room infront because of the accessories, so i was thinking of a rear exit. But the price is pretty high so i will find some other way.

Why not just to that yourself... but the A/N fitting and braided line.
I'm doing the same thing myself. Just like this Pic.

ahh ok i thought they were, yea the reason i ask is becuase mine are pinched and i think its killing my performance, what do u think?
maybe, but i think you would feel some surging or the motor would try to die, especially when accelerating. but I guess it depends on how much they are pinched. How did they get pinched in the first place? They don'y really get in the way of anything to get pinched.

i bot it that way, i think the previouse owner put the lines in from a different car and tryed to make them fit and they got messed up, but yea the car used to surge but we managed to fix that, but it does sound like its about to die when i rev after the RPM goes down... and it lags unless i full throttle it, it dont get much of a responce between a 1/4 throttle and 1/2 throttle
, so im figureing its the pinched line....
do u know what it could be other than the line?....

A surging engine can be caused by many things. However, in your case I would suspect the pinched fuel lines to be the culprit. How bad would you say they are pinched? Probably not too bad, or you would stall at every stop light...
Fix those lines first and then if it continues to surge find out exactly when and under what conditions and post another question...
