Help with modded GTA

I recently installed heads, cam, and intake on my GTA and have yet to get good results. I have no brakes at Idle and no power off the line. The car screams once I get to about 2500 but nothing till then. I also cannot get the car to idle right in gear, it will almost always die in reverse. I've confirmed (over and over again) that I have no vaccum leaks and fuel pressure is right on. Timing is set at 6* and the cam was installed straight up. I'm thinking of putting my factory TB back on and see if that fixes it. Has anyone ever had a poblem like that from running a 58mm? I'm at my wits end with thing any help would be appreciated.
mods are in sig

Stupid question but are you running a stock bin, it kinda sounds like all the toys and no tuning by the description you give.

I am actually running a hypertech chip right now. I'm still working on programming my DFI and a buddy has my factory chip. Would tunning cause that big of a problem?

Hell yeah, the old ECM doesn't know whats going on with all those mods. A little tuning and you will have a big grin on your face.....

The Hypertech chip is designed for STOCK applications (this straight from the mouth of Mark Heffington, Hypertech's owner)...any major mods, and you might be better off with the stock chip. You need tuning bad!

Please tell me you have a 350 and that you didn't put AFR 190's and a HOT cam into a 305!?

You might be able to help yourself out by increasing the ignition timing to 10° BTDC. It'll help the low end out quite a bitl

I'm experiencing almost indentical problems with an almost identical setup. The things I'm gonna look into are the O2 sensor, TPS voltage, put her on a scanner and then switch back to the 1.5's. I have read some cases where the roller 1.6 caused the valve to not seat on the head right, causing a huge loss in compression and power, plus the added bonus of the car running like crap.

that happened to me, only it was because the rockers didn't fit correctly under the valve covers.
