Very depressing news

I spoke w/ a machinist about my combo and he pluged it into a program like desktop dyno. He said it doesn't inflate the numbers as much. Well I hope it didn't b/c it only showed a little over 320hp at the crank. I was thinking over 400 w/o to much trouble.

Anyway could someone plug this into DD2000 so I can get a second opinion.

Holley stealth ram
cc306
Portopline 200cc

on a 355 w/ 10.25:1

Any reply would be great, thanks.

I dont know what he is using but, assuming tuning is right, I think you will make more then 400 crank hp with that setup.

I couldn't find all the specs I needed for the cam, so I winged it a little.

Just bench racing here I suppose, but I got 468 HP & 418 TQ. I used the flow #'s for those heads right off of their web site, and know the cam specs by heart . (see sig) I'd guess the HP to be about 10-15 to the high side and the TQ #'s to be 25-35 shy of what they will truly be.

Your best bet it to test it on an engine dyno prior to putting it in the car if you are worried. Persoanlly I wouldn't sweat it if I were you.

If that didn't make 400 flywheel HP then something is wrong. That should make close to 320 at the wheels if the heads are clean and you have a good exhaust and it is tuned properly.
