Overly low idle after clutch pushed in. Any ideas?

Just yesterday a friend and I swapped out some injectors in my car. I have a 305 and put in 22#ers so my friend did some prom changes to compensate. We took it for a drive to log some data and when the clutch is pushed in the idle goes all the way down to 500 and sometimes it wants to die and other times it just dies . We looked at some of the obvious things like TPS, vaccum leaks, and the like but couldnt find anything. Anyone have any ideas at all on this? We were using Craig Moates software to log the data and noticed that the throttle % is WAY off but the reading on the TPS is right on.

I am at a loss for what it might be as well as my friend. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks a ton.

May be bad injectors. Were they used?

Actually they are in perfect shape. I had my friend at TPIS clean and flow match them and they read all within 2% of each other. He actually etched the numbers right on the injectors.

Have you adjusted your "minimum air"? The little stop screw that sorta looks like an idle adjust screw on a carb? Here's how ya do it:

Thanks for that but that is the thing. It will idle right on after dropping to the 500 rpm mark. It is a 5 speed so it should sit right at 750. I am about to loose my mind on this one.

Does the idle go down only when the car is stopped and the clutch is pushed in, or does it drop even when you are rolling and the clutch is pushed in?

If the idle only drops when you are at a dead stop, does putting it in neutral make the idle go back up?
Did your friend make any other adjustments on the chip other than compensating for the larger injectors?

I notice it most when I am coming to a stop from driving and when the car is initially started. Also it doesnt matter if I have been driving for a while or not. The chip is perfect. We have checked over the prom and it is just as solid as can be for everything that is done to the car.

Forgot it does that no matter what is going on, whether I am sitting or rolling.
