welllllllllllllllllllllll. i would say either swap up to the 88-92 setup, and chip, or sell/trade off and get the early type of runners. shawn

All you have to do is remove the cold start injector, cap fuel rail, and run a chip (memcal/PROM) from an 89 IROC.
Then you could use those runners.

If the runners are brand new, send them back and get the right ones. Otherwise, do as stated and get a chip burned and block off the fuel feed for the CSI.

It's better to just eliminate the Cold Start Injector and use the new runners.
Then you could use a WAY better .bin like (ARAP.bin) with VATS turned off.
The above is what I would do.

ARAP would be a horrible bin for a stock 305 TPI.
There is another solution, one that I have done myself.
Very carefully measure out the location of the 9th injector from the bolt hole it uses in your stock runners and the depth of the large hole.
If you look at the backside of the flange on the new ones you'll see that some of the passage for the CSI is there.
Now transfer your measurements to the new runner. Drill about a 5/32" hole where the center of the CSI is going to sit. Next counterbore a 7/8" hole to the depth measured above. If you don't have a counterbore you can use a "speed bore" bit, the flat ones used for boring large holes in wood (Yes, it WILL cut the alumnium without a problem)
Next measure the smaller part of the hole where the tip of the CSI stick through the flange and drill your 5/32" hole(whats left of it) up to that size.
Viola! one CSI equipped runner.

thanks for the replys. i was thinking of selling these and getting a set of asm ltr's because i like the way they look. any advice of which one is better. accel or arizona's. i'm gonna run the accel base ,ported plenum, ported heads, and a nice cam, and all the bolt ons. if i wanted to run the injectors that come in the 350's could i just swap computers from a 350 iroc with maf. and would a 52mm t-body benefit this set up.
